New in this release
- Fix text encoding bug for PDB files -- will now try Cp1252 first by default before UTF-8
- Improve performance opening files with lots of Table of Contents entries
- Enable GZIP compression for server requests
- Bump version to 2.2.x
Known Issues
Encoding still flips back to UTF-8 after changing it.
