New in this release
- 323 Add option to move tap-scroll regions to left/right side of screen instead of top/bottom
- 324 Fix issue when moving to next file in multi-part book after closing & relaunching app
- 227 Includes preliminary support for the FeedBooks protocol (see below)
Known Issues
- FeedBooks support is very rough. Lots of missing features, several race conditions, probably a crash or three left.
- A 404 error will sometimes be displayed the first time a FeedBooks server is accessed. Retrying a second time works successfully.
- File sizes aren't reported correctly for FeedBooks servers.
- Downloading a very large book on a very large device from a FeedBooks server may completely fill up the device without prior warning.
- Many features of the FeedBooks interface are not yet implemented (searching, etc.)
Focus for Testing
- To use the new FeedBooks feature, please open the ShelfServers screen (icon in bottom right of toolbar), tap the Add New Favorite Shelf button, enter "feedbooks.com" and tap the Go button. If you have a FeedBooks.com account, you may optionally enter your credentials to gain access to your suggestions and other authenticated features.
