Aside from the changes to the Welcome text, I think I'm going label this a release candidate. The MHT thing (under Known Issues) is fixable on the server side and will likely slip to [milestone:1.2-server].

New in this release

• 1. 271 Add new low-contrast color scheme
  2. 276 Support HuffDict compression in Mobi files
  3. 278 Set window background as soon as possible to minimize white flash when dark theme is selected
  4. 280 Significant improvements in indexing performance (both time & memory use)
  5. 268 Web links (outside document) work from Plucker files
  6. 213 Navigation view has button for Table of Contents in Mobi files
  7. 275 Fixed broken image icons when Mobi referenced images not included in the file
  8. 264 Changed icon for "connection error" in shelf interface
• Adjusted timing on tap & hold for link selection

Known Issues

• Links in MHT files don't work
• Welcome text needs updating
