New in this release

• 1. 270 Indexes are stored in SQLite instead of NSUserDefaults (big performance boost)
  2. 271 New low-contrast color scheme
  3. 265 Background indexing is canceled if another book is opened before last book's index is done.
  4. 255 "Pseudo-bookmark" tracks furthest viewed point in a book (good for looking back)
  5. 259 Fix mis-handling of Mobi-ID'd files which contain plain text only (no html)
  6. 258 Added prelim "Default" image at startup (needs work)
  7. 262 Fix regression of mis-position when scrolling backwards to previous chunk
  8. 263 Fix file browser "off by one" when moving back & forth between book & browser

Known Issues

• Moving to the next chunk occasionally takes a very long time.
  1. 249 Double-tapping on row in Shelf interface causes crash.

Focus for Testing

• Open many different books and ensure performance stays consistent (#270)
• HTML files which contain CSS in header
• Concentrate on non-Mobi formats, Plucker especially
