Strip the archive files extension from the name passed to folders

foo.zip! doesn't look very good.

This is a bit more involved on the server side than I thought. Content-disposition only gives a filename, so filelist needs to be adjusted to strip anything ugly out of each level of the path. Slipping this to milestone:1.5-server for now.
