Username/password for bookmarked shelf

Hello,

I'm using BookShelfLT 2.3. How can the username/password be set when adding a bookmarked shelf? The screen says "Tap key", but I don't understand how. I have done it before in an earlier version, because when I delete and re-enter a URL it automatically uses the credentials I gave in the past.
